Breakfast, literally means breaking the fast after the last meal or supper the day before. However most of us are pretty much un-aware of its utter importance. For the adults or the youngsters the gap between their supper/last meal and breakfast would probably extend for ten hours however the young children who eat their meals early the gap might prolong for as much a s fifteen hours..!!! At morning when you wake up your energy levels in the body is more or less zero, going to work or study with low energy levels definitely doesn't gives your day a good start!
You might go bad with emotions, or your work might lack attention.. you might feel lazy or find yourself good for nothing! In order to avoid this your body needs an energy boost to add a good start to your day.
Well, in order to avoid the first meal of the day people have a variety of reasons.. The most common reason is that they don-not feel hungry in the morning, because they actually ate a heavy meal last night at late hours and then were off to sleep. As your body relaxes when your sleep so does your digestive system..it works, but really slow as a result when you wake up the next day there is still undigested food in your stomach and so you don-not feel hungry. An easy solution for this is take your dinner early like wind up the eating and stuff last by 7:00 pm, this will help and improve your digestive system as well as you wont go to sleep with a heavy stomach.
A number of studies have shown that people who take their breakfast on a regular basis have a better memory than those who avoid it, breakfast avoids stress and it is certainly your mood calmer. your breakfast should be healthy enough to provide your body about one third of your daily energy requirements. Skipping breakfasts causes negative effects on your health. Breakfast skippers are more likely to go through a long or a short term health problem as compared to the regular breakfast eaters.
Giving lame excuses for not having your breakfast such as lack of time or that you are on your diet plan is the highest level of insanity.If your are a working lady/office going person or a student you can go for the left overs or some boiled egg or you can even make a sandwich and it eat it on the way to your office or institute where you study. Skipping breakfasts means skipping out the essential requirements your body needs and you are unlikely to make up these losses later in the day
.
When you wake up in the morning your blood sugar level is really low, food which is the basic fuel and energy booster for your body which lacks in our body at morning. Research tells that glucose is required for the effective and efficient working of our brain and central nervous system. So eating your breakfast would help you have your day at its best with a healthy and effective working of your brain would be leading to progressive results in every walk of life.
If you are not a breakfast eater start with short meals.. give your body a start with breakfast cereals fortified with all sorts of minerals and vitamins or go for a glass of fresh juice or milk. If you dislike the options above go for low fat yoghurt or some fruit, if you like toasts go for them or get yourself a sandwich, when it comes to cooked breakfast try grilling instead of frying or at a certain limit you can go for scrambled eggs or something easier than that.
The point is to make out time for your breakfast, as the time you are investing in it is for a healthy cause and you should realize its utter necessity. So now when you wake up get yourself a healthy meal for a perfect start to your day.
