Solitude

 The long walk in the dark night

The counting of stars during a full moon

The blank walls of my room stare at me


My face expressionless

The emptiness inside me

My feelings,

All gone


This world looks unreal and meaningless

This loneliness slowly engulfs me

Reducing me to a mere shadow.
