Four Unique Pizza Recipes

If you are tired of ordering the same option or pizza delivery or eating the usual pizzas at the restaurant and want to try something new, then this article will teach you four innovative pizza recipes that you have never seen before.

Sweet Potato and Chorizo Pizza
Sweet Potato and Chorizo Pizza
Have you ever heard of a spicy potato pizza, we bet you haven’t? Here is the recipe of this delicious potato and chorizo pizza.

Ingredients
Cornmeal, pizza dough, sweet potato, red onion, olive oil, rosemary, salt, pepper, spinach chorizo, provolone.

Preparation
  • Preheat the oven to 230 degree Celsius and cover the base with parchment paper. Usually, pizza side is 16 inches recommended and but can be of any shape such as round, oval or rectangle because potatoes are challenging to mould.
  • Take a bowl and place sweet potatoes in them, you should peel them after boiling and slice them as thin as possible. Slice the onions as well and add chopped rosemary into the mixture.
  • Now add salt and pepper as per requirement before adding spinach chorizo and adding as much cheese as you like. Once the mixture is ready, let it settle down for half an hour. It’s a good idea to place it in the fridge, but that’s not a compulsion.
  • Finally, place all the mixture on the dough and bake until the potatoes have become light brown and the crust is golden, it will take around 15 minutes for the pizza to be ready.
Cauliflower Crust Breakfast Pizza
Cauliflower Crust Breakfast Pizza
Yes, the cauliflower breakfast pizza is a thing which is one of the most innovative choices that is enjoyed by people at breakfast.

Ingredients
Cauliflowerpart skim mozzarella, eggs, basil pesto, fresh mozzarellashredded Parmesan, basil leaves, tomatoes

Preparation
  • Depending on the size of pizza you want to make, take a cauliflower head and cut it into small pieces, keep them as short as possible so that they can be placed in the food processor. Shred them properly until they become like a paste and then cook for 5 minutes with a tablespoon of oil to remove the moisture.
  • Take eggs and beat them properly before adding mozzarella cheese in them and mix them properly. Mix the cauliflower with egg and mozzarella after it has cooled down and kept aside for a few minutes to settle.
  • Now spread the mixture in and create a base, now place this base in the oven by lightly greasing the sheet. Spread the base evenly and let it cook for 15 minutes until it’s a golden brown crust.
  • Once the crust is ready, you can cover it with tomato paste or pesto, add cheese as much as you want and top them off with dried tomatoes and bake for another five minutes.
  • Now cover the base with at least five raw eggs and place the mixture back in the grill and let it cook for 15 minutes, now your delicious cauliflower egg pizza is ready.
Pizza Cubano
Pizza Cubano
Pizza Cubano is an innovative pizza where the slices are flavoured with the sandwich flavours we usually enjoy.

Ingredients
Flour, Pizza dough, mustard, dill pickle, small onion, rotisserie chicken shredded, thinly sliced ham, leaf parsley, cheese, green salad.

Preparation
  • The process of making Cubano pizza is not that difficult; you preheat the oven to 220-degree centigrade and cover the baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • It is a good idea to make the dough yourself and keep it frozen for a few hours but if you want to save time then buying a mixture is not bad either. The dough should be cut into the oval shape of 14 inches and then placed on the sheet; this different shape is because we want to give it a sandwich feel.
  • Spread the yellow mustard on the base, and you can also use cheese or tomato paste instead of mustard. Sprinkle pickle and onions on the top, then add chicken and ham along with parsley. Once everything is on the base, then add cheese. Usually, you use Gruyere cheese for Cubano pizza, but mozzarella cheese is fine too.
  • Now your pizza is ready to be placed in the oven; cook it for 15 minutes or until the crust is golden brown. It’s a good idea to fry chicken and ham beforehand. Once its cooked, serve with green salad.
Seekh Kebab Pizza
Seekh Kebab Pizza
Seekh Kebab Pizza has originated from South Asia and has a distinctive taste which is new to people around the world.

Ingredients
Pizza base, Seekh kebabs, lime juice, charcoal, salt, chilli powder, cumin powder, garam masala powder, cheese, onions, corn, olive oil.

Preparation
  • The first step is to prepare the pizza base and to do so you have to roll the dough properly and keep it fermented for at least a few hours if not more. Take minimum of four seekh kebabs which are usually made from beef, but you can choose chicken kebabs as well if required. Cut the kebabs into relatively smaller pieces depending on the original size.
  • Mix the curd with the ginger garlic paste and shake for a couple of minutes. After that, add salt, chilli powder, and cumin powder along with garam masala and stir again. In the end, add lime juice and colour to make the base ready.
  • Add onions and sweet corn to the diced pieces of seekh kebab and mix them thoroughly. It is also a good option if you decide to make the kebabs yourself in that case you can add onions and corn, in the beginning, to give it a different taste.
  • Now mix the kebab mixture in the margination ingredients and then cook them on low heat until all the liquid is dried from the combination and the meat turns brown. Use as less oil as possible, usually around 1 or 2 tablespoons.
  • Once it is all brown, heat charcoal on flame and transfer its fragrance in the bowl before placing the mixture in bowl. After that add a tablespoon of butter and cover the lid for at least ten minutes.
  • Finally, preheat your oven to 220-degree centigrade on fan grill. Spread the ketchup on the pizza base you readied, add as much cheese as you want. Finally, place the mixture on top, sprinkle grated mozzarella cheese and bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes.
