Egg First or Hen? (The Answer)

Egg first or hen

Egg First or Chicken First? This is a question that must have been asked from you several times, and that's for sure, you would never have been able to answer it..

If you would say that the egg came first then you would find it difficult to answer that how did it came without a hen? If you wanted to answer that the hen came first, you will have no logical explanation of how that could be possible without an egg.

Its very Interesting actually that this question has a long history and people, even philosophers have been unable to answer it. For many ancient philosophers, this question was related to how life and the universe started. Aristotle was of the view that 'If there has been a first man he must have been born without father or mother – which is repugnant to nature. For there could not have been a first egg to give a beginning to birds, or there should have been a first bird which gave a beginning to eggs; for a bird comes from an egg.'

Anyhow, this million dollar question has now been answered! A team from the Engineering Materials Department, Sheffield University, UK claim that they have answered the question. This team, under the leadership of Dr. Colin Freeman studied and analyzed Hen along with its egg for several years and found the answer at last.

Egg first or hen

Traditionally it has always been assumed that Egg was the first thing that came into existence but that was never a solid answer. But now the scientists have rejected this theory and believe that it was a hen that first came into existence and due to her laying eggs the breed started to survive. According to the scientists due to years of research, and spending millions of dollars they found out about a protein type which only exists in the part from which hen lays eggs and this protein plays an Important role in the production of egg. This protein also fastens the outer white layer of the egg and make it thicker, which protects the yoke and white of the egg.

Based on this reason the team claim that it can never be possible for an egg to exist itself without a hen..

So now you also can answer this question logically and with confidence ;)
