I Miss You, Father.

Written By: Anonymous.

There's full moon shivering on the sky shining as much as it can. I'm missing you AGAIN father. Well, tonight it was something else.  Not likely always. I get a flashback of my bestest times with you. Singing the verse.

You tucked me in,turned out the light,
kept me safe and sound at night,

The man who sold his wife’s jewellery for ‘Naya Pakistan’

Gul Muhammad Keeriyo PTI’s candidate from NA-213 Nawabshah (Shaheed Benazirabad district).

Dressed in an off-white shalwar kameez and leather chappals, he has an unmistakably humble stance coupled with a firm, almost naive resolve when he talks. Gul Muhammad Keeriyo is PTI’s candidate from NA-213 constituency in Nawabshah (Shaheed Benazirabad district).

If Raafay was Harry Potter.

What If I was Harry Potter?
Few years back I dearly wished I was Harry Potter, that I studied at the Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry, I had a couple of friends I can do all the adventures with, problems can be sorted out just by a spell. But life isn't that simple and wishes don't come true as easily.

But wait.. what are the spells that I would have loved to learn? What if I actually had a magic wand? What if I actually was Harry Potter?

Wish I could cast the Alohomora spell on people's heart just to see what is inside it, how do they feel in real. From the outside people are totally different, pretending is just a part of who we are now.

Difference between Ice and Snow.

By: Hameem.

Yesterday I saw for the first time a snow cristal without any lens, without any other screen but my own eyes. I thought it was all legend and publicity around the theme of christmass. Never have I been that wrong. I was out and staring at these little snow flakes which had and dentride forme. It happened to be the only time when nature didn't shattered my vision of things but at contrary enforced my facinated. Later, deepening the question why the ice and water are transparent but not snow, I went searching upon snow flakes. And i found this !! The forme of flakes i saw today wasn't the only one and not even the prettiest one but anyhow, intresting.

Can Imran Khan be our next PM? Yes he KHAN.

This article has been taken from The Daily Mail United Kingdom.

It should have been a trouble-free journey. Imran Khan, the Pakistani cricketer turned politician, was sitting on a plane at Toronto, ready to fly to New York. His purpose? Nothing more controversial than attending a fundraising lunch.

‘I thought we were about to take off, when two US immigration officials came through the door, on to the plane, and told me I had to get off,’ Khan says. ‘I was totally amazed this was happening.

‘They escorted me back to the terminal, then left me alone in a sparsely furnished room for an hour. Finally they started interrogating me.

Solitude Pasandi.

Solitude means loneliness and pasandi means "preferring". "Solitude pasandi" is love of loneliness instead of social gatherings.

It never meant to be like this. This couldn't be My even inadvertent end.

Wake up in the morning, make a lot of noise, make a delicious breakfast then walk in the wet grass.

Tackling Difficulties

Written By: Aqsa Faisal.

Pakistan is a nation of hardcore citizens. Yes, you can not beat us easily! You are unaware of the substance that we're made of because we're alien ki olaad. Anyway...stop freaking NASA! :P

So yes I was speaking of how awesome we Pakistanis are and mind you Americans we are not Pakistanis.

So this post is about how Pakistanis cope up, no matter how bad the situation is, we still have one reason to smile, to live our lives as Einstein once said that life is riding a bicycle, to keep your balance you must keep moving! :D

Highest Mountains of Pakistan

This article is a part of Peaceful Pakistan Project in which we look at the top mountains of Pakistan. Thanks to EinfoPedia.

K2 Picture
K2 Mountain is located in the Karakorum Range and it is the highest mountain of Pakistan. This is Pakistan’s first and the world’s second highest peak. It reaches 28250 ft (8,611 meters), and lies partly in china and partly in the Pakistani-administered region of Kashmir. In 1954 the Italians Achille Comagnoni and Line Lacedell become the first climbers to reach its summit. The glacier and snow-covered mountain rises from its base at about 15000 ft on the Godwin Austen Glacier, a tributary of the Baltoro Glacier. The first woman who reached the summit was Wanda Rutkiewicz of Poland, in 1986.

The idea of insecurity.

Never imagined what it could be,
This idea of insecurity.
I was eager to spread my wings, travel far and live my life on my own.
I was eager to cook by myself.
Bring money home.
Have a flat, live on my own.
I was eager to restart everything,
To build a world on my own.
That's why I left home
And went away discover the world outside.

Weightlessness.

Vote for Change or be Ashamed.

I am writing this in extreme frustration and my thoughts are scattered. Just because one of my uncle said PTI won't win and when I asked him the reason after arguing for 30 minutes he went away saying " Bas tumhe nahi pta I am elder I know more " I may make no sense but you will still get the point I am trying to make.

After thinking for over a month, I have finally been able to figure out that one BIGGEST problem that we Pakistanis have.

Our biggest problem is not corruption, load shedding, bribery, lack of patience, emotions, or even our leaders for that matter. We will have the type of leaders that represent us so no crying over that. It isn't even the religious divide.

Story of an Indian girl who entered Pakistani Border.

This is a part of Peaceful Pakistan Project and is taken from THE Indian Express.

On March 29, just like any other day, seven-year-old Pooja Meghwal and her elder brother took the cattle for grazing. But instead of waiting for her brother, Pooja decided to return home alone, after collecting some firewood. However, she only made it home after three days, having strayed across the border, where some Pakistani Rangers looked after her, gave her a new salwar suit, slippers and a hamper of sweets, chocolates and chips.

Friends and True Friends.

It is really difficult to define friends or true friends.

Some will define true friend as a person who is there for you no matter what happens, some say a friend is the one who supports you in everything wrong or right, some also say friends are the people with whom you can be yourself.

Friends are also the people you trust, share your secrets with, do the craziest stuff you know you won't be judged, you will be forever friends.
